Our flat rate option is USPS first class mail, and we ship from California. Please see the USPS website for information on how long your package will take to arrive.

We accept returns of unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. For items damaged during shipment, we will exchange it for a new copy of the same item within 30 days of purchase. We do not issue refunds for items damaged during shipping.
